Beautiful views of the mountains from the room.

The breakfast area was quite cramped and congested.

staying at chalet swiss was a real treat. the room was renovated and exceptionally clean, adding a modern touch to the traditional feel. it’s super close to the train station, making everything easy. i loved the sauna and hot tub, which were a nice, quiet escape. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially during breakfast.

The chalet's exterior charm is appealing with its blooming flowers, but the room and bathroom are in dire need of refurbishment. Showers become a challenge with the sticking curtain, and the absence of air conditioning was uncomfortable during the hot summer. Breakfast was limited to basic options, and the service was less than friendly, making for a rather unsatisfactory dining experience.

This place is super close to Interlaken West, just a short walk away. The staff was really helpful, especially Mary Anne—she had great tips for things to do. Breakfast was yummy and filled us up well. Only thing was, the room felt kinda cramped and outdated, but we managed. Loved chilling in the bar area!

The sauna was a surprising bonus. a nice way to unwind after exploring. However, the walls are quite thin, and I could hear guests moving around in the rooms above me at night. It disturbed my sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the breakfast area felt cramped during peak times, making it difficult to navigate. I wished there were more lounge areas available throughout the day to relax or get a drink. These minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall experience, but they are worth noting.

This place suits me perfectly with essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, laundry, and a cozy lounge area. I remember how the staff helped me with directions during my first stay. They also quickly provided an extra pillow! I highly recommend it.

The Hotel Chalet Swiss has a charming alpine decor with warm wooden accents and beautiful flower arrangements, creating a cozy atmosphere that's easily accessible for seniors. The staff were always kind, making my stay truly wonderful.

The room had this cozy, authentic Swiss chalet charm with beautiful wooden accents. It was nice and clean, and I loved waking up to plenty of natural light. The views of the mountains were stunning. The temperature was perfect too, despite it being cold outside. Just a bit of creaking from the wooden floors made it a little noisy at times, especially when people were moving around above me.

Great sauna and friendly staff, but rooms are a bit small.
